We are currently looking for a Production/ Design Assistant Intern (Mandarin-Speaking) to join our team and gain practical, hands-on experience within a growing fashion brand.

With a growing social media community of 103K+ on Instagram and 125K+ on Facebook, LUNALAE is an established fashion brand specialising in polewear and activewear. This internship provides the opportunity to work on real designs and build your portfolio and develop practical experience across fashion production and deisgn.
A hands-on, can-do attitude is important, as you’ll have the prospect to contribute ideas and be involved in the creation process from concept through to manufacturing.
There may be opportunities for ongoing employment with LUNALAE following the internship, subject to business needs and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaising and negotiating with suppliers in Mandarin to ensure timely purchase order deliveries
- Assisting with fittings, including sketching, documenting, and writing fit comments
- Sourcing materials and products via platforms such as Alibaba
- Tracking and managing samples
- Supporting AI-related processes where required
- Providing general administrative support on an ad-hoc basis
- Assisting the design and production team,
as well as the wider LUNALAE team
Requirements
- Ability to read and write in Mandarin (essential)
- Minimum 3-month commitment, 2 days per week
- Currently studying, recently graduated (within the last 2 years), or relevant work experience
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
