The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Project Engineers to take ownership of internal fit-out and façade packages across high-profile mixed-use developments in CBD and city fringe locations.
This role suits someone who has delivered key packages or end-to-end projects and is ready to step into more ownership and complexity.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead delivery of internal & façade scopes from procurement through to completion
- Manage subcontractors, letting, and supplier negotiations
- Coordinate shop drawings, RFIs, and technical interfaces
- Drive program, cost, quality,
and compliance outcomes
- Work closely with Project Managers, consultants, and site teams
- Mentor junior engineers
What You’ll Bring
- Experience as a Project Engineer on commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects
- Strong exposure to fit-out and/or façade systems
- Ability to manage complex interfaces and subcontractors
- Solid program and cost control capability
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong ownership
