About The Role

As the Project Manager (Electrical), you will lead the delivery of electrical construction and maintenance projects across Queensland, ensuring safe, efficient and cost-effective outcomes. You will coordinate project teams, contractors, suppliers and stakeholders to meet project objectives.

Key Responsibilities Include

- Managing electrical infrastructure projects through the full project lifecycle.
- Leading teams to achieve safety, quality, budget and schedule targets.
- Managing contracts, contractors, suppliers and project resources.
- Resolving project issues and implementing effective risk mitigation strategies.
- Preparing project reports, submissions and operational plans.
- Building strong stakeholder relationships.
- Promoting a high-performance culture focused on safety,



teamwork and continuous improvement.

About You

You are a capable project management qualified with strong leadership, stakeholder engagement and resource management skills, and a proven ability to deliver successful outcomes in complex operational environments.

Relevant qualifications include an Electrical Mechanic qualification with a current Electrical Work Licence, an Engineering degree eligible for membership with Engineers Australia, and/or a Diploma in Project Management or equivalent experience.

A current Queensland C Class Driver Licence (or equivalent) is required, along with the ability to satisfy a criminal history check prior to appointment.
