We're Looking For An experienced Project Manager with strong land development and civil construction expertise who enjoys delivering complex projects, building trusted stakeholder relationships and achieving exceptional outcomes.

What You'll Do

As a permanent full time member of our Project Management team within Sustainability and Delivery, you'll lead residential land development projects from planning through to completion.

Partnering closely with Development Managers and key stakeholders, you'll provide specialist project management expertise to deliver safe, high quality projects that create value for the business, customers and communities.

Key responsibilities

- Lead land development and civil infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
- Deliver projects safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard.
- Develop delivery strategies across staged subdivision and mixed use developments.
- Manage procurement, consultant engagement and contractor performance.
- Oversee project budgets, cost plans and value creation opportunities.
- Provide technical project management support and delivery planning advice.
- Build strong relationships with contractors, consultants,



suppliers and authorities.
- Implement innovative solutions to construction and delivery challenges.
- Communicate project priorities, risks and milestones with stakeholders.

Experience & Skills That Count

- Proven experience delivering land development, civil construction or infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of procurement, contract administration and construction delivery, including Australian Standard contracts.
- Demonstrated financial and commercial acumen managing project budgets, programmes and cost plans.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
- Relevant qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
