Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Property Manager role based in Subiaco, WA.

The Property

Manager will oversee a portfolio of residential investment properties, including coordinating leasing activities, arranging inspections, and managing tenant relationships. Daily responsibilities include responding to tenant and owner inquiries, organizing maintenance and repairs, conducting routine and final inspections, and ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with relevant regulations. The role also involves preparing lease agreements, managing rent reviews and arrears,



and providing owners with timely updates and reports.

The Property

Manager will work closely with the team to maintain a high standard of service and support the continuous improvement of property management processes.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in residential property management, including leasing, inspections, and tenancy administration.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with property owners, tenants, and contractors.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple properties, schedules, and priorities effectively.
- Sound knowledge of relevant property and tenancy legislation, compliance requirements, and best practices in property management.
- Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office, and comfort working with digital tools and records.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills for addressing maintenance issues, disputes, and unexpected property-related concerns.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for property inspections and appointments.
- Relevant real estate or property management certification or license as required in WA; prior experience in an agency setting is highly regarded.
