What you’ll do? As our Proposal Coordinator, you'll be the organised heartbeat of our Tender team, keeping proposals, tenders, bids and submissions on track from kick-off through to delivery.

It's a varied, deadline-driven role perfect for a customer-service or admin all-rounder ready to step into something with more ownership and growth opportunities.

- Coordinate the end-to-end bid and tender process, ensuring submissions are accurate, compliant and delivered on time.
- Manage bid schedules, timelines, milestones and deliverables across multiple opportunities.
- Work with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather content, input and approvals.
- Assist with drafting, proofreading, editing and formatting tenders, proposals and expressions of interest.
- Review tender documentation and ensure submissions address client requirements, evaluation criteria and internal governance standards.
- Maintain and improve content libraries, templates and standard response materials.
- Assist with post-submission activities, including clarifications, presentations and debriefs.
- Identify opportunities to improve the quality,



consistency and efficiency of the bid process.
- Maintain consistent branding, formatting and presentation across tender documentation.

What you’ll bring?

- Experience in customer service, administration, sales support or coordination where juggling deadlines and stakeholders is second nature.
- Confident, friendly communication and someone that is comfortable chasing people and keeping them accountable.
- Excellent attention to detail in writing, proofreading and formatting documents.
- Strong organisation and time management across competing priorities.
- Confident with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- A proactive, adaptable mindset and genuine interest in growing into bids and proposals.

What else do you need to apply?

- Travel on-site to our office in Notting Hill.
- Must be an Australian resident available to work full time without restrictions.
