Grow Health & Therapy Hub is a growing, person-centred allied health practice supporting children, adolescents and families across the Mornington Peninsula and beyond. We're looking for a Psychologist to join our warm and collaborative multidisciplinary team. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with flexibility around days and working arrangements.

We also welcome applications from Provisional Psychologists approaching full registration who are looking for the right environment to continue developing their skills and career.

About the role:

You'll provide psychological assessment and therapeutic intervention to children, adolescents and families. We're particularly interested in psychologists who enjoy working with neurodivergent children and young people, although we welcome clinicians with a range of interests and experience. Your caseload can be tailored around the work you enjoy and the areas you'd like to develop.

We're looking for someone who is:

- Warm, compassionate and person-centred
- Passionate about working with children, young people and families
- Committed to neuroaffirming and strengths-based practice
- Comfortable working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Reflective, reliable and committed to quality clinical practice
- Interested in continuing to learn and develop professionally
- Registered with AHPRA and eligible to provide psychological services in Australia
- Experienced psychologists and clinicians earlier in their careers are encouraged to apply.
