About Adelaide Psychology & Co. We are an established private clinical psychology practice, with two offices based in Adelaide CBD, and a third opening in Glenelg to service the Western suburbs. We are passionate about providing high quality mental health services to our clientele & our mission is to improve the mental health of Adelaide. We see clients across the lifespan for psychological therapy & assessments, however we have many young adults seeking mental health treatment at our practices.

We are a modern psychology practice, we utilize digital assessments and AI note taking, and implement feedback informed treatment with our clients. We have highly efficient integrated systems and admin support in place to ensure you can put your energy into being a psychologist.

We are a practice that believes in true collaboration and having a happy, supportive team culture. We enjoy having lunch breaks together and meetings at local cafés. We regularly hold team events and social outings, and encourage everyone to contribute to how our practice should run. We hold regular group supervision and CPD events.

About You:

An experienced Clinical Psychologist or Psychologist, you are caring and enthusiastic in your approach. Committed to providing excellence in clinical services, you will maintain clinical records according to our company and government standards, prepare reports to general practitioners and referrers, and follow the AHPRA Code of Conduct & professional competencies. Motivated and energetic, you thrive working in a role where you engage in therapeutic work with young adult clients across a variety of clinical presentations.

With strong organizational skills, you will be able to balance a clinical load and administrative requirements with ease.

To be successful in the role you will:

- Have registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA
- Have or be eligible for Medicare provider status, and have a current WWCC
- Have or be willing to set up your own business with an ABN
- Enjoy working with friendly and supportive colleagues
- Have a warm, genuine, and approachable manner, with the ability to work independently
- Be self-motivated, organized, and productive at managing time and tasks
- Have a highly ethical approach to therapy & assessment provision




- Have availability to provide 6 individual therapy sessions per day, or the equivalent in assessment work
- Display clinical competence with a range of presentations, including anxiety disorders, trauma, and depression
- Be able to critically reflect on your practice and use of clinical skills
- Be willing to use feedback informed treatment & deliberate practice to get the best client outcomes

What we can offer: We understand the need for flexibility and work life/balance, and have contractor positions under a service agreement available. We have availability for a contractor to practice at our Glenelg practice from late 2026 across business days.

We believe in supporting you in developing your skills in therapeutic work, and provide the following;

- Full administrative support, including management of all accounts and appointments
- Access to hundreds of clinical resources, therapy manuals and books
- Use of range of digital online assessment measures, including NovoPsych, NovoNote, WPS, Q-Global & Hello Q, MHS, and FIT Outcomes
- Provisions to use telehealth with your clients
