Masters Wellbeing is seeking a qualified Allied Health professional with experience in mental health and/or psychosocial disability to join our small, specialist team as a Psychosocial Recovery Coach.
Qualified Allied Health professional looking for flexibility, autonomy and meaningful mental health work? This role offers the opportunity to use your professional background in a flexible, community-based setting without the structure of a large organisation.
About the Role
You will provide individualised, recovery-oriented support to NDIS participants experiencing psychosocial disability, helping them build capacity, confidence, independence and meaningful community participation.
You will work collaboratively with participants and their support networks to develop practical strategies aligned with their goals, strengths and recovery journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred, strengths-based and recovery-oriented support.
- Build strong, professional relationships with participants and their support networks.
- Support participants to work towards recovery goals, independence and community participation.
- Develop practical strategies around routines, wellbeing, coping and daily living.
- Collaborate with families, support workers, allied health professionals and other stakeholders.
- Monitor participant progress and respond appropriately to changing needs and risks.
- Maintain high-quality case notes, reports and participant documentation.
- Participate in supervision, team collaboration and professional development.
About You
You must have:
- An Allied Health qualification. Psychology, Counselling,
Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation Counselling are highly preferred.
- Experience working with mental health and/or psychosocial disability.
- NDIS experience is required.
- Strong communication, relationship-building and professional judgement.
- The ability to work independently and manage your own caseload.
- A genuine commitment to recovery-oriented and person-centred practice.

Position Details
Position: Psychosocial Recovery Coach
Classification: SCHADS Award 2010 – Band 3.3–3.4
Employment: Casual Contract
Pay: $45 per hour
Location: Perth, WA
Work Environment: Hybrid – community, home-based and remote
