Role Description The QP Audiologist will provide comprehensive audiological services, including hearing assessments, fitting and fine‑tuning of hearing devices, and ongoing patient follow‑up. In this full-time, on-site role based in Perth, WA, the QP Audiologist will conduct diagnostic tests, interpret results, and collaborate with eye care and vision care professionals to support integrated patient care. The role includes counseling patients and families on hearing health, recommending treatment options,



and ensuring high standards of clinical documentation and regulatory compliance.

The QP Audiologist will also contribute to service improvement initiatives, participate in training or education activities, and uphold EssilorLuxottica’s commitment to quality, safety, and an inclusive patient experience.

Qualifications

- Relevant tertiary qualification in Audiology and current eligibility or registration as a Qualified Practitioner Audiologist in Australia.
- Experience in diagnostic audiology, hearing assessments, and fitting and verification of hearing aids or related devices.
- Strong patient communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on person‑centered care.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary clinical team and build qualified relationships with eye care and vision care colleagues.
- Sound knowledge of clinical protocols, record‑keeping requirements, and applicable regulatory and ethical standards.
- Proficiency with audiology equipment, clinical software, and basic digital tools used in patient management.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage caseloads in a busy on‑site clinic environment.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and openness to new technologies and med‑tech solutions.
- Previous experience in retail health, hospital, or clinic settings is an advantage.
