About the Role

As a Sales Manager, you'll be actively involved in every stage of the sales process, including:

- Prospecting and generating leads through door-knocking, cold calling and networking
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with buyers and sellers
- Conducting property appraisals and generating new business
- Hosting property inspections and open homes
- Managing negotiations and conducting auctions
- Overseeing contract signings and transaction management
- Working towards and exceeding sales KPIs and targets
- Contributing to the growth and performance of your team and branch

About You

To thrive in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience in a sales-focused role with KPIs and targets
- Agent's Representative Certificate / Cert IV in Real Estate Practice
- Valid driver's licence and reliable car
- Results-driven mindset with solid self-motivation
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Professional, client-first approach
- Genuine passion for real estate




- Commitment to building a long-term career in the industry

Real estate sales experience is preferred but not essential. We welcome candidates with strong sales experience who are ready to transition into real estate. Applicants must be Australian citizens or permanent residents.
