About the role

We're looking for an experienced Recruitment and Mobilisation Lead to join our team at Lece. In this part-time OR Full time role, you will be responsible for driving the recruitment and mobilisation efforts for our organisation, ensuring we attract and onboard top talent to support our continued growth in the Perth and regional Western Australia area.

You will be resourcing for Blue Collar E&I; roles for projects and shutdowns and building process and procedure along the way to formalise our recruitment strategy

What you'll be doing

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to identify, attract and hire qualified candidates for a variety of roles within the company
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening applicants to conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations
- Partner with job managers to understand their staffing needs and tailor recruitment approaches accordingly
- Lead the onboarding and mobilisation of new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organisation
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to continually improve the effectiveness of hiring processes
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline and proactively engage with potential candidates
- Resource LRS for shutdowns on mine sites and key infrastructure projects
- Build out core crew and maintain Databases

You are all over it and don’t need management. You back yourself to fill shutdown rosters, permanent positions and whatever gets thrown your way.

You’ll push until you have the right people in the right places.

- Significant experience in a similar recruitment or talent acquisition role, ideally within the recruitment industry
- Not afraid of the Phone
- A self starter and able to work independently
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful recruitment strategies to attract high-calibre candidates
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment-related technologies
- Passion for talent management and a commitment to providing an exceptional candidate experience
- Looking to grow with the company and play a key part in organisational growth
