About the Role:

As a Customer Administration & Service Officer, you will play a key role in supporting CSBP Fertilisers growth and success by delivering exceptional customer service and providing accurate, efficient administrative support to our distributors and customers.

Working as part of a collaborative team, you will build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including customers, fertiliser distributors, sales agents, transport providers,

contractors, suppliers,



and internal teams across sales and operations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Provide administrative support for CSBP's credit client processes, including invoicing, banking, and reporting activities.
- Liaise regularly with Accounts teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions.
- Coordinate the scheduling, receival, and dispatch of customer product orders.
- Deliver professional, timely, and efficient support to Regional and Area Managers, customers, and stakeholders.
- Provide information and assistance relating to administrative processes and marketing programs.
- Work closely with the Sales team to manage product intake, stock levels, and customer demand forecasts.
- Maintain bulk waste records and contractor timekeeping information.
- Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to monitor and communicate product availability.

About you To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Previous experience in a customer service, administration, or coordination role
- Excellent communication skills and a confident, professional telephone manner.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using computerised business systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
- The ability to remain calm and effective when managing high workloads and challenging situations.
- Flexibility to work a rotating shift roster,



including early starts, late finishes, and occasional Saturday shifts.
