About The Role

- You will provide expert clinical nursing care to patients with acute cardiac conditions and complex neurosurgical interventions.
- You will monitor cardiac rhythms, interpret telemetry, and manage specialised cardiac medications.
- You will perform neurological assessments (GCS monitoring, neurovascular checks) and manage post-operative spinal/cranial patients.
- You will collaborate closely with cardiologists, neurosurgeons, allied health professionals, and the multidisciplinary team.
- You will educate patients and their families on post-procedure recovery,



rehabilitation, and long-term health management.

About You

- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) as a Registered Nurse
- Demonstrated clinical experience in cardiology, neurosurgery, acute medical and/ or critical care environments.
- Strong skills in complex clinical assessment, critical thinking and rapid escalation.
- Exceptional communication, time management and patient centred teamwork skills.
