Diesel Mechanic / Plant Mechanic

About Our Client

Our client is a well-established equipment and machinery services provider supporting construction, industrial, and hire operations across Adelaide. With a strong focus on reliability, quality, and customer service, they are seeking an experienced Diesel Mechanic / Plant Mechanic to join their team.

What You Will Be Doing:

- Servicing and maintaining diesel-powered hire equipment
- Diagnosing mechanical and equipment faults
- Carrying out repairs and preventative maintenance
- Inspecting equipment to identify issues and ensure safe operation
- Troubleshooting mechanical and diesel-related faults
- Ensuring all repairs and servicing are completed to a high standard
- Maintaining accurate service and repair records
- Following all workplace health and safety procedures

What You Will Need:

- Previous experience servicing and repairing diesel equipment
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Experience working with plant, machinery, or hire equipment (highly regarded)
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Reliable work ethic and ability to work independently




- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
