We’re looking for a passionate Employment Coach to join our team in Kew, supporting employees with disability to build their workplace skills, confidence and independence.

Working onsite as part of a supportive team, you’ll provide practical coaching and on-the-job learning while helping employees work towards their individual employment and NDIS goals.

This is a hands-on and rewarding role where you’ll build robust relationships, celebrate progress and help create a safe, inclusive workplace where people can succeed.

Key duties of this role are to:

- Support employees with disability to build workplace skills and achieve their employment goals.
- Deliver coaching, induction and on-the-job learning tailored to individual needs.
- Assist with Individual Support Plans, NDIS reviews and progress reporting.
- Promote a strong safety culture and appropriately respond to hazards and incidents.
- Maintain accurate documentation, attendance records and reporting requirements.
- Build positive relationships with employees, families, carers and other stakeholders.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and referral activities for employees with disability.

You’ll be comfortable working in a busy environment, balancing competing priorities while maintaining a strong focus on safety,



inclusion and positive outcomes

To succeed in this role, you will have:

- Experience supporting or working alongside people with disability, ideally within an employment or workplace setting.
- A person-centred and rights-based approach to supporting people with disability.
- Strong communication, relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
- Confidence coaching others and supporting workplace learning.
- Strong organisation and record-keeping skills.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and client information systems.
- A Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or similar will be highly regarded.

You will be required to undertake a "Fit2Work" National Criminal History Check and hold or be willing to obtain a Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
