We're looking for an IT Systems Administrator to support and enhance our enterprise technology platforms across Microsoft 365, Identity & Access Management, Endpoint Management, and infrastructure services.

In this role, you'll play a key part in maintaining secure, reliable, and compliant systems while driving automation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across cloud and on-premises environments.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, Intune, and endpoint environments
- Manage user lifecycle processes including onboarding, access management, and offboarding
- Support security, compliance, and operational governance across enterprise platforms
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure, endpoint, and identity-related issues
- Contribute to incident response, disaster recovery, and business continuity activities
- Develop automation solutions using PowerShell, Power Automate, and AI-assisted tools such as Microsoft Copilot
