We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Internal Sales professional to join our team at our Adelaide CBD branch, right in the heart of the city.

A typical day will involve

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be the first point of contact for our customers,



providing outstanding service and product advice both over the counter and over the phone. Your responsibilities will include:

- Processing customer orders, quotes and enquiries accurately and efficiently
- Providing product knowledge and technical advice to trade and commercial customers
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products
- Working closely with the warehouse and external sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
- Maintaining accurate records in our internal systems
- Supporting a positive, team-focused branch environment
