Operating within a fast-paced, innovative environment, due to continued expansion, an exciting opportunity has been created for an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leadership. They are seeking an Executive Assistant with experience in a fast-growing or start-up environment who is highly responsive, organised, and adaptable. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, enjoys creating structure from the ground up, and remains calm when managing change, competing priorities, and hands-on tasks.
Your new role
Reporting to senior executives, you will provide high-level support across a broad range of executive, operational, and project-based responsibilities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing executive support to 2-3 senior leaders, including complex diary management, travel coordination, meeting scheduling, and preparation of reports and presentations
- Acting as a trusted business partner and gatekeeper, managing competing priorities and ensuring executives operate effectively
- Coordinating projects and strategic initiatives, liaising with stakeholders across multiple departments to ensure successful delivery
- Preparing qualified communications, agendas, reports, presentations, and briefing materials
- Supporting executive meetings, leadership events, and internal stakeholder engagement activities
- Managing confidential information with a high degree of discretion and professionalism
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance executive and team efficiency
- Building strong relationships across the business while serving as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
What you will need to succeed
- Minimum 7 years' experience supporting VP, Executive Director, or C-Suite level leaders
- Previous experience within a fast-paced, high-growth, project-driven, technology, engineering, consulting, or similarly dynamic environment
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience coordinating projects and driving outcomes independently
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the confidence to work autonomously
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Experience supporting executives across multiple time zones
- High attention to detail and absolute confidentiality
- The ability to remain calm and effective within evolving and ambiguous environments
