About the role

DMK Forest Products is looking for a friendly and organised Internal Sales / Customer Service team member to join our Banyo office. If you enjoy providing great customer service, this could be the right opportunity for you.

Key responsibilities

- Helping customers by phone, email, and in person

- Answering product questions and providing practical support

- Processing orders accurately and following them through

- Checking product availability and helping maintain records

- Following up enquiries and spotting new sales opportunities

- Supporting the external sales team when needed

About you

- Customer service or internal sales experience

- Wood panel industry knowledge or a strong willingness to learn

- Clear communication and a helpful, customer-focused approach

- Good attention to detail when handling orders and information





- Confidence using computers and learning new systems

- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
