We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a technical background to join our technology team and lead the delivery of software and technology projects across our global business.

The role:

As the lead for our Product Delivery Team based at our headquarters in Melbourne's inner southeast, you will work closely with all internal teams including developers and externally with clients to successfully deliver a broad range of software and technology initiatives.

Projects will span customer implementations, software enhancements, integrations, infrastructure improvements, AI initiatives, and strategic product development. You will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle while ensuring priorities remain aligned with business objectives and technical realities.

This is not a traditional project management role focused solely on schedules and status reporting. We are looking for someone with a strong technical background who can engage confidently with developers, understand architectural decisions, assess technical risks, and help the team navigate complex delivery challenges.

Working alongside the CTO, you will have the prospect to establish best practice project management processes and make a genuine impact on how projects are delivered across the business.





This is a hybrid role requiring 4 days at our inner South East Melbourne office.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead software delivery and technology projects from initiation through to successful completion.

- Manage project scope, timelines, resources, budgets, risks, and dependencies across multiple initiatives.

- Work closely with development teams to prioritise work, resolve issues, and maintain delivery momentum.

- Coordinate all internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure commitments and delivery objectives are achieved.

- Engage with clients and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into practical delivery outcomes.

- Monitor project risks and proactively resolve technical and operational challenges impacting delivery.

- Provide clear project reporting and delivery updates to leadership stakeholders.

- Drive accountability across teams while balancing business priorities with technical constraints.

- Establish and continuously improve project management processes, frameworks, and delivery standards.

About You

- 5+ years' experience managing software, SaaS, ERP, or technology projects.

- Previous hands-on technical experience in software development, systems engineering, business analysis, solution architecture, technical consulting, or a similar role.

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, application architecture, integrations, and cloud technologies.





- Comfortable discussing technical issues with development teams and translating them for non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience working within Agile delivery environments.

- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Highly organised, self-motivated, and outcome focused.
