This is a varied, hands-on role spanning inventory management, procurement, equipment and asset coordination, supplier relationships and fleet support. It's ideal for someone who enjoys improving processes, solving problems and keeping operations running smoothly.
Due to the practical nature of the role, including warehouse, stock and equipment responsibilities, this position is fully onsite and is not available as a work-from-home or hybrid arrangement.

About the Role
Working closely with colleagues across Australia, nursing teams, suppliers and our broader Support Team, you will help manage and improve View Health's warehouse and distribution operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate ordering, receiving, storage and distribution of medical consumables, equipment and supplies
- Monitor inventory levels across warehouse and state-based locations
- Support nursing teams with equipment and supply requirements
- Manage purchasing and inventory processes to maintain service levels and minimise waste
- Coordinate equipment procurement, servicing, maintenance and recalls
- Maintain supplier relationships and support timely, cost-effective deliveries
- Support asset, fleet and inventory management activities
- Maintain accurate records, reporting and supplier documentation
- Contribute to process improvements and recent service implementation projects
- Undertake hands-on warehouse and stores activities, including manual handling tasks
About You
You are organised, approachable and solutions-focused,
with the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
To be successful, you will demonstrate:
- Experience in stores, warehousing, inventory or logistics management
- Sound knowledge of inventory control and purchasing processes
- Strong organisational, prioritisation and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and relationship-building ability
- Confidence working with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience using inventory, ordering or asset management systems
- Ability to contribute to reporting, audits and continuous improvement initiatives
- Flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment
- Physical capacity to safely undertake manual handling tasks
- Current unrestricted Australian driver's licence
- Current National Police Clearance, or willingness to obtain one
