About the Roles

Working as part of a high-performing manufacturing team, you'll support the production of quality bakery products in a fast-paced, automated environment.

Opportunities available across:

- Production
- Packaging
- Sanitation

Shift Availability:

- Morning Shift: 4am/6am to 12pm/2pm
- Afternoon Shift: 12pm to 8pm
- Weekday and weekend shifts available
- Flexibility for overtime required based on production demands

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor production and packaging equipment
- Perform machine operation and basic troubleshooting
- Pack finished products to quality standards
- Maintain food safety, hygiene and GMP requirements
- Complete sanitation and cleaning activities where required
- Follow all site safety procedures and operational processes
- Contribute to a positive team culture and uphold company values

Skills & Requirements

Essential:

- Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing, production, warehousing, logistics or similar environment
- Good communication skills




- Ability to follow instructions and workplace procedures
- Physically fit and capable of repetitive manual handling, including lifting up to 25kg
- Valid Australian working rights
- Reliable transport

Highly Regarded:

- Food manufacturing experience
- Production operator experience
- Machine operation experience
- Packaging or process work experience
- Sanitation or industrial cleaning experience
