MONDAY TO FRIDAY ONLY | $80 - $95,000 + SUPER + PARKING + BONUS

The Role:

- Liaise with tenants and landlords regarding the day to day management of their properties
- Relationship management
- Rental reviews
- Managing Tenancy Arrears
- QCAT Hearings
- Repairs and maintenance
- Compliance
- Achieving set KPI's & reporting to your Department Manager

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

- Current Queensland Driver's License
- Current Agent's Representative Certificate
- A minimum of 2 years experience as a Property Manager
