Ganaji Contracting is seeking experienced Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I;) Technicians for a major project in Karratha, WA.

PROJECT DETAILS
Location: Karratha, WA
Roster: 3:1 FIFO from Perth
Karratha Locals: DIDO available for Karratha residents only
Employment: Full-time project work
Mobilisation: Immediate
Duration: 12–18 months
Hours: Approx. 70 hours per week
Rate: Competitive hourly rate + allowances
Pay: Weekly

KEY REQUIREMENTS

•Minimum 5 years' post-apprenticeship E&I; experience
•Experience across LNG, Oil & Gas, Mining, Process Plant or Heavy Industry
• E&I; installation, construction and cable termination
• Cable testing and pre-energisation checks
• Instrument installation, testing and calibration
• Hot and cold loop checking
• Functional testing and fault finding
• PLC/DCS and control system testing
• Process logic and operator interface testing
• Calibration of pressure, temperature and flow instruments
• Ability to read and interpret P&IDs;, loop drawings and termination drawings
• Experience with ITRs,



test packs and commissioning documentation
• Understanding of Permit to Work, Isolation and LOTO procedures
• Experience in testing, pre-commissioning and/or commissioning

ESSENTIAL TICKETS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Current WA Electrical Licence
• Instrumentation Qualification – Cert III, Cert IV or equivalent
• Australian working rights
• Current Driver's Licence
• Construction White Card
• Working at Heights – within 2 years
• Confined Space – within 2 years
• High Risk Work Licence – WP
• EWP – where required
• First Aid
• Current CPR & LVR
