Asphalt Operators & Labourers

- Perth metropolitan-based work

- $41.51 - $44.65 per hour + super (base + penalties)

- Day, night and weekend work as required, 8–12 hour shifts

About the Client:

Our client is a well-established organisation delivering asphalt and civil construction projects across the Perth metropolitan area. They are currently seeking experienced Asphalt Operators & Labourers to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with asphalt and mobile plant experience who are reliable, safety-focused and flexible to work varying hours across day, night and weekend shifts.

What You Will Be Doing:

- Operate asphalt plants and associated machinery safely and efficiently.

- Operate mobile plant including asphalt pavers, rollers and skid steers as required.

- Complete pre-start inspections and basic operator checks.

- Assist with asphalt production, loading and placement activities.

- Work alongside asphalt crews to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.

- Follow site safety procedures, traffic management requirements and supervisor instructions.

- Assist with general labouring duties when required.

- Maintain equipment and report any faults or issues.

- Work across Perth metropolitan sites, including day, night and weekend works.

What You Will Need:

- Previous experience operating asphalt-related plant equipment.





- MR or HR driver's licence.

- Experience operating an asphalt paver, roller and/or skid steer.

- Previous asphalt experience is highly preferred.

- Robust commitment to workplace health and safety.

- Ability to work day, night and weekend shifts as required.

- Physically capable of working in an outdoor construction environment.

- Reliable and willing to work varying hours.

- Flexible availability to meet operational requirements.

- Ability to complete DAS mobilisation requirements.
