About the role

Please note: This is a 12 month fixed term contract.

As Finance Business Partner - Customer Experience, you’ll provide commercial finance support across Coles 360, Customer Experience and Liquor-related activity. You’ll work closely with Liquor, Loyalty, Coles 360 and Finance teams to turn financial performance and customer insights into clear commercial decisions. From retail media and loyalty initiatives to new Customer Experience projects, your work will help teams prioritise investment, manage performance and create better outcomes for our customers. You will also:

- Partner with Coles 360, Customer Experience and Liquor teams as a trusted finance adviser.
- Own financial support for Liquor retail media and loyalty activity, including reporting and performance analysis.
- Prepare forecasts, performance reporting and commercial insights to highlight risks and opportunities.
- Challenge and support business cases, investment decisions and prioritisation across new and existing initiatives.
- Manage key month-end, reconciliation, accrual and financial control activities.




- Support Customer Experience projects through financial modelling, benefits tracking and governance.

About you and your skills

You’re an experienced commercial finance professional who enjoys working across teams and translating complex numbers into practical decisions. You’ll bring strong commercial judgement, curiosity and a collaborative approach, with the confidence to influence stakeholders across Finance, Customer Experience, Coles 360 and Liquor. You will have:

- CA/CPA qualified coupled with experience in commercial finance, business partnering, financial planning and analysis.
- Strong forecasting, financial modelling, reporting and business case development skills.
- Experience partnering with senior and cross-functional stakeholders, including non-finance teams.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to turn data into clear commercial insights.
