ELearning Content Specialist

Chance to join Secolve, a fast-growing specialist cyber security company with a mission to uplift cyber security awareness across critical infrastructure organisations through our video-based platform OT-SAT. In this role you would be the OT-SAT Content Specialist working with the Content and Platform teams to support the production and maintenance of our LMS and content. The role would be varied and change as the team grows, so it’s a critical position and one with long-term growth potential.

Key responsibilities

- Support the production and editing of eLearning content using Articulate Storyline

- Apply custom branding and content updates based on client specifications

- LMS management including upload, publishing, and maintenance of training modules on our learning platform and supplementary materials

- Liaise with stakeholders to effectively communicate updates

- Document and update standard operating procedures and checklists

- Maintain detailed records of content including versioning and client-specific customisations

- Ongoing QA of training content (videos, transcripts, and quiz materials) to ensure quality, consistency, and effectiveness of material

- Track and manage content production projects and timelines





- Coordinate feedback loops and QA cycles for new content and platform features

- Provide administrative and logistical support to the Content and Platform teams

Additional tasks

- Support client onboarding processes related to content deployment

- Review analytics and insights to identify opportunities for optimisation and efficiency

- Design support for visual marketing materials (such as supplementary posters, slide design support and optimisation)

Personal qualities

- Proficient at Microsoft Office Suite and particularly adept at Microsoft PowerPoint

- Experience with Articulate Storyline

- High-quality communication (both verbal and written) with ability to explain concepts clearly, empathetically, and professionally

- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records

- Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving

- Highly organised and able to deliver effective, timely results

- Thrive in an agile environment where every week could be different from the last

- Are curious to learn and trial new things

- Ideally 3-5 years' experience in a similar role

- You can be based anywhere in Australia, however, Melbourne based is a plus

- You are an Australian PR or citizen
