About the role

As our Warehouse/Dispatch Coordinator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day warehousing and support functions of our manufacturing facility. This is a high pace and hands-on role that will evolve with responsibilities including coordinating customer, stock and manufacturing documentation, ensuring customer order fulfillment is prompt and accurate, and liaising with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer supply experience.

Key responsibilities

- Manage a small team of warehouse operators (forklift and truck drivers) for accurate and protected picking and packing of customer orders

- Coordinate customer, stock & manufacturing documentation





- Ensure customer order fulfillment is prompt and accurate from Sales Order through to customer invoicing stages

- Liaise with internal Customer Service team regularly to ensure smooth customer supply occurs

- Control the receipt and dispatch of goods

- Stock control - maintain accurate records with monthly stocktaking (systems in place)

- Assist manufacturing with consumables and parts ordering, as well as administration aspects of purchasing and supply

- Coordinate transport, both local and interstate

- Work alongside the Production Manager in any daily operations requiring attention

About you

- 5 years minimum experience in a similar role

- Forklift and an Australian driver's license mandatory

- Tertiary education in a related discipline will be seen as advantageous (e.g. Warehousing, Production or Management areas)

- An ability to identify, manage and resolve issues

- Excellent PC skills with MYOB ERP experience advantageous

- Monitor stock and take a proactive approach to improvements

- Ability to uphold safety and QA systems/processes

- A positive team player with 'can-do' attitude and a willingness to assist within different areas of the organisation

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
