About the role

We are seeking a Warehouse Storeperson with High-Reach Forklift experience to join our team at our Perth WA 6000 facility on a full-time basis. This role is fundamental to our warehouse operations, ensuring the safe and efficient management of inventory, materials and goods throughout our distribution centre. As a Warehouse Storeperson, you will be responsible for maintaining organised storage systems, accurately tracking stock movements and operating specialised equipment to maximise warehouse productivity. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a growing business whilst developing your expertise in warehousing and logistics operations.

Key responsibilities

- Operating high-reach forklifts and other materials handling equipment to safely move, stack and store goods in designated warehouse locations

- Receiving, checking and processing incoming inventory against documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness

- Organising and maintaining stock in a logical and efficient manner, adhering to safety protocols and warehouse best practices

- Picking,



packing and dispatching orders in accordance with customer requirements and delivery schedules

- Conducting regular stock audits and cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records

- Maintaining warehouse cleanliness, tidiness and safety standards, including proper housekeeping of forklift and equipment areas

- Identifying and reporting damaged, defective or obsolete stock to management

- Supporting loading and unloading of delivery vehicles as required

- Assisting with warehouse reorganisation and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency

What we're looking for

- Current and valid High-Reach Forklift licence or certification, with demonstrated experience in operating high-reach equipment within a warehouse environment

- Proven experience working as a Warehouse Storeperson or in a similar warehousing and storage role

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when processing inventory, stock counts and order fulfilment

- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks

- Good physical fitness and ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, including standing, bending, lifting and repetitive movements





- Commitment to safety and compliance with all relevant workplace health and safety regulations and procedures

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory tracking software

- Reliability and punctuality with a positive work ethic

- Preferred: Experience with air filtration products or manufacturing environments, previous experience in a distribution centre, or forklift training certification from a recognised provider
