Working alongside a multidisciplinary team, you’ll collaborate with key stakeholders to address complex cases, contribute to innovative care strategies, and drive quality outcomes for your clients. What you will be doing:
- Providing support for clients to help restore their functional performance, delivering a successful outcome and return to work.
- Identifying Return to Work (RTW) barriers
- Liaising and coordinating with various stakeholders, providing viable solutions and recommendations for clients
- Conducting assessments to guide clients toward new career paths
- Collaborating with treatment providers to ensure optimal recovery outcomes
- Developing graduated return-to-work plans by liaising with doctors regarding appropriate timeframes and goals
- Case managing complex physical and psychological issues and coordinating with treating health professionals

What you will need:
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counsellor, Social Worker, Registered Nurse
- Full AHPRA or ESSA or ASORC Registration
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
- Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
