What you will be doing:

- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of rehabilitation counsellors, psychologists, and social workers, offering guidance and support to promote their professional growth.
- Cultivate a collaborative and positive team culture, encouraging open communication and teamwork.
- Provide expert direction and support through structured quality assurance and strategic reviews.




- Leverage your strong clinical and technical expertise to consistently deliver high service standards to clients and customers.
- Building and nurturing relationships is second nature to you, from fostering individual connections with your team to maintaining professional rapport with key clients.

What you will need:

- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiology or Rehabilitation Counselling




- Either experience in a Team Leader type role, or currently a Rehabilitation Consultant with strong desire to step up to a Team Leader
- Experience as a Rehabilitation Consultant / Rehabilitation Counsellor
- Full AHPRA or ESSA Registration or ASORC
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
- Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
- A commitment to excellence, with a passion for helping people navigate complex rehabilitation plans
