Your Impact
As a Part Time Administration and Scheduling Assistant, you will play a key role in;
- Responsible for the day-to-day administration support requirements for the team, including a high standard of customer service to all new employment pathway customer enquiries.
- Engage with a range of internal and external stakeholders as required to best support the continued operation of the business.
- Work closely and collaboratively with all Good Sammy team members providing support to deliver on our key operational priorities and strategic outcomes.
What you'll do:
- Provide general administration and scheduling support as required within the Warehouse and Logistics department, to ensure the fleet is most effectively and efficiently managed.
- Provide customer service in the form of advance communication for any changes or variation which may need to be accommodated to meet efficient service standards.
- Provide general administration and scheduling support as required within the Warehouse and Logistics department, to ensure key production data is reported and databases are maintained.
- Provide general administration and scheduling support as required for community container collection sites, charity clothing bin sites and household letterbox collections.
- Support the Warehouse and Logistics General Manager and CDS General Manager to identify new community container collection sites and charity clothing bin sites, and liaise with site contacts in the ongoing maintenance of relationships.
- Preparation of run sheets and scheduling collections from community donation and commercial business partners.
- Maintain appropriate record keeping and data management in line with the operations teams standard recording and reporting practices.
Seek feedback from internal and external customers in regards to service quality and service improvement.
- Work effectively with other departments within Good Sammy.
What you'll bring;
- Strong practical administration experience and organisational skills.

- Excellent time management and ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skill.
- Robust organisational skill and the ability to multitask.
- Solid proficiency with using Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience in the disability, for-purpose sector (desirable).
