Frontline Manufacturing Pty Ltd is currently looking for hardworking and dedicated Robotic Welder Programmer/Operator to join their team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Calibrate the current robotic welding cell;
- develop, test and optimise robotic welding programs;
- develop robotic welding programs to transition manually welded assemblies to robotic production;
- design and build the welding jigs and fixtures required for robotic operation;
- establish weld parameters, sequences and quality-control routines for each component;
- operate the robotic cell and resolve technical issues as they arise; and
- clean up welds on program completion
- conduct welding inspections as directed throughout factory
- operate TIG and MIG manual welders as directed

Requirements:

- Qualified welder/boilermaker (cert 3 or equivalent)
- 3 years min robotic welding experience, programming and operating
