The Role
With foundational skills already in place, you'll be stepping into a role with more ownership, building your research design, analysis and storytelling as you go. You'll work alongside experienced consultants and analysts, take on greater client exposure, and have access to a rich, always-on Learning & Development program built to keep growing your capability.

What You'll Be Doing

- Playing a key role on research trackers and ad hoc projects, including questionnaire writing and reporting
- Using primary and secondary data to uncover consumer stories that answer real business questions
- Working directly with clients, building trusted relationships as your ownership grows
- Managing fieldwork, sampling, quotas and weighting
- Coordinating projects internally and with clients
- Applying structured research frameworks and the latest AI-powered analysis tools with growing independence

Who We're Looking For

- 2+ years' experience in market research or insights consulting
- Solid grounding in core quant methodologies like brand tracking, concept testing, U&A; etc.




- Confident with data analysis tools and comfortable turning numbers into a clear story
- Someone who loves a challenge, thrives on variety, and can sprint when it counts
- Curious about how AI is reshaping the craft, and keen to build that into how you work
