Our client operates a well-established, high-billing dental practice in New South Wales with a strong reputation for delivering professional, patient-focused care.
Supported by five Dentists and an experienced clinical and administrative team, the practice provides a broad range of general dental treatments, including examinations, preventive dentistry, composite fillings, crowns, bridges, root canal therapy, tooth extractions and dental emergency care.
Our client is looking for an experienced Dental Practice Manager who is highly organised, commercially minded and confident taking ownership of both the operational and financial performance of a busy dental practice.

About the position

This is an excellent opportunity to join our clients' team in a full-time leadership position where you will play a key role in the overall performance and direction of the practice.
Our client is looking for someone who understands that successful practice management goes beyond staff rosters and appointment books. You will need to be switched on when it comes to the numbers, with the confidence to monitor billings, identify opportunities to improve productivity, control costs and support sustainable business growth.
Working closely with the Dentists and wider team, you will ensure the clinic runs efficiently while maintaining a strong patient experience, a positive workplace culture and sound commercial performance.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Dental Practice Manager
• Previous dental industry experience is essential
• Demonstrated experience managing a busy, high-billing dental practice
• Strong understanding of practice financials and commercial performance
• Confidence analysing billings, expenses, productivity and operational KPIs




• Ability to identify revenue opportunities and areas for improved efficiency
• Proven leadership and people-management capabilities
• Solid understanding of dental workflows, compliance and practice operations
• Experience managing rosters, appointment books and practitioner utilisation
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Strong communication, problem-solving and patient service capabilities
• Commercially minded, proactive and comfortable taking ownership
• Ability to remain calm and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to commence as soon as possible
