What you will be doing:

- Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and work readiness.
- Develop individualised rehabilitation plans tailored to clients' psychological needs.
- Provide counseling and support to address mental health challenges affecting recovery.
- Manage client cases, coordinating with healthcare professionals and employers.
- Advocate for workplace adjustments to support clients' psychological and physical well-being.
- Liaise with employers to promote mental health awareness and support in the workplace.
- Offer vocational counselling to help clients overcome psychological and physical barriers and set career goals.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive, holistic care.

- Salary above market ranging from $85,000 - $110,000 + Super (experience dependent)

What you will need:

- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Rehabilitation Counsellor
- Full AHPRA registration or ASORC
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
- Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
