We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager with a minimum of 4 years' commercial property management experience to join a professional and established team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercial property professional who is highly organised, process-driven and confident managing a portfolio while maintaining exceptional standards across compliance, client service and day-to-day portfolio management.

The Prospect You will be responsible for managing a mixed commercial portfolio of approximately 150 properties, working within a structured and highly accountable environment.

The business has very high standards across the team and is looking for someone who takes genuine ownership of their portfolio, follows processes consistently and delivers work to a high standard.
