About the opportunity:

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating electrical maintenance activities across the plant to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations.

- Shift Details: Fixed day shift Monday to Friday (6am to 2pm)

What you’ll do:

- Lead and coordinate electrical maintenance activities across the site
- Improve plant reliability and maintenance performance
- Support projects, shutdowns and contractor activities
- Ensure safety and regulatory compliance
- Maintain technical documentation and maintenance records
- Work collaboratively to reduce downtime and maximise production output

What You Will Bring:

- Current Queensland Electrical Licence
- Experience in FMCG manufacturing environment
- Ability to lead, coach and influence teams in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to safety and continuous improvement
