The Role

Reporting to the P&C; BP you will be part of a collaborative payroll team supporting the accurate and timely delivery of weekly and monthly payroll. You’ll manage payroll reconciliations and remediation, maintain employee records and entitlements, interpret Awards and legislation, and respond to payroll queries across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process end-to-end payroll
- Manage payroll reconciliations and remediation activities
- Maintain employee records, leave balances and entitlements, including month-end payroll journals
- Interpret and apply relevant Awards and EBA's
- Ensure compliance with payroll legislation and policies
- Respond to internal and external payroll queries




- Work closely with HR, Finance and operational teams
- Support payroll process and system improvements

Skills & Experience

- Previous experience processing end-to-end payroll
- Strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation, Awards, EBA's and compliance
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong payroll systems experience is essential
- Strong attention to detail and accountability
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A genuine passion for payroll and delivering a high level of service
- Collaborative and proactive approach
