Our Client is a well known & long standing 2nd tier multi-disciplinary builder. They have been in operation for over 20 years and have grown steadily in that time. They now turnover $300M+ and target projects across all major market sectors to $150M in value.

They secure their projects through hard dollar and design & construct tendering as well as negotiated and ECI arrangements.

The role will head up the front-end/estimating division. It will be a hands-on type of role, which means it will tender projects, whilst also managing a small team of Estimators.

To be considered the successful candidate will come from a 1st, 2nd or 3rd tier background with extensive major project estimating experience.



They will be a natural leader who enjoys driving improvements in their staff. They will be a real thinker with an analytical mind capable of breaking projects down and looking for opportunities.

In return the successful candidate will be rewarded with an executive management position with one of the best employers across the entire commercial industry. Salary will be genuinely versatile depending on previous experience with a range starting at $250,000 - $300,000+.
