About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and technically capable Zoho CRM Intern to help design, configure, and optimize our Zoho CRM environment. This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience with Zoho CRM and understands how CRM systems can improve sales performance, customer engagement, business processes, and reporting.

The successful candidate will work closely with management to implement CRM best practices, streamline workflows, improve data quality, and generate actionable insights that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Zoho CRM Setup & Configuration

- Configure and customize Zoho CRM modules, fields, layouts, workflows, and automation.

- Design and implement sales pipelines and lead management processes.

- Set up user roles, permissions, and security settings.

- Integrate Zoho CRM with email platforms and other business applications where appropriate.

Data Management

- Import, cleanse, and organize customer and prospect information.

- Establish data quality standards and governance processes.

- Identify duplicate records and improve database accuracy.

Process Automation

- Create workflow rules, approval processes, and automated notifications.

- Develop lead assignment rules and follow-up sequences.

- Implement automation to reduce manual administrative tasks.

Reporting & Analytics

- Develop dashboards and reports to track:

- Lead generation

- Sales pipeline performance

- Conversion rates

- Customer engagement

- Business development activities

- Present insights and recommendations to management.

Business Improvement

- Review existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using Zoho tools.

- Recommend CRM enhancements that increase sales efficiency and customer satisfaction.





- Assist in documenting CRM processes and user guides.

Requirements

Desired Skills & Experience

Essential

- Experience using or configuring Zoho CRM.

- Understanding of CRM concepts, sales pipelines, and customer lifecycle management.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good attention to detail and data management capabilities.

- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.

Desirable

- Experience with Zoho One, Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Desk, or Zoho Analytics.

- Knowledge of workflow automation and integrations.

- Understanding of lead generation and sales processes.

- Experience creating dashboards and business reports.

- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Power BI, or similar reporting tools.
