- Salary ranges from $102,936 - $113,579 plus super

Are you a highly organised professional who enjoys solving problems, working with people, and making a real impact in the community? We're looking for Senior Property Management Officers to join our team and play a key role in the management and stewardship of Crown land across NSW.

This is a diverse role that combines customer service, property management, field-based inspections, technical land administration, and project support.

About the Role

As a Senior Property Management Officer, you'll work with a wide range of stakeholders including community groups, local councils, government agencies, businesses, and members of the public to support the responsible use and management of Crown land.

You'll investigate land matters, respond to enquiries, undertake property inspections, maintain land records, and contribute to projects that maximise the social, environmental, and economic advantages of Crown land.

What You'll Be Doing

- Responding to enquiries about Crown land and roads, land status, licences, leases, reserve administration and property management matters.
- Researching and interpreting information from land records, spatial mapping systems, and property databases.
- Conducting property and tenure inspections to ensure land is being used appropriately and in line with approved purposes.
- Managing a range of property management and administrative activities, including preparing correspondence, reports, briefs, licences, leases, and other documentation.
- Assessing property-related cases and providing recommendations, decisions, and practical solutions.
- Interpreting and applying legislation, policies, and procedures to support Crown land management outcomes.




- Contributing to projects that improve the management, use, and benefits of Crown land.
- Managing competing priorities and delivering quality outcomes in a busy and dynamic environment.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who:

- Has strong communication and customer service skills.
- Enjoys researching, investigating, and solving complex problems.
- Can interpret legislation, policies, and technical information.
- Is highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Has excellent attention to detail and administrative skills.
- Is confident working independently and as part of a team.
- Enjoys a balance of office-based and field-based work.

Essential requirements

- Certificate IV in Land Administration or Property Management or equivalent experience in property management and land administration.
- Current drivers licence and willingness to travel.
