About the Role

The Loan Portfolio Coordinator is client-focused and detail-oriented role, ideal for someone who enjoys supporting clients. You’re a great communicator, eager to learn, and like being part of a collaborative team.

Once JustFund approves funding, we continue supporting clients and law firm partners through to a successful resolution. You’ll play an important role in this journey, helping manage funded matters while delivering an exceptional client experience.

This is a varied role combining client service, case monitoring, loan administration, problem solving and data management. You’ll be organised, proactive and comfortable managing competing priorities, while always approaching clients and law firm partners with care and empathy.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as a point of contact for clients and law firm partners, providing updates and responding to queries via phone and email.

- Support clients throughout their funding journey, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

- Monitor funded matters and lawyer updates, proactively identifying issues and taking action where required.

- Manage loan portfolio administration, ensuring data and documentation is accurate, complete and up to date.

- Assist with loan documentation and the registration of property security.

- Monitor settled matters and follow up to ensure JustFund is repaid from settlement proceeds.

- Analyse funded matters to identify insights that strengthen our risk assessment framework.

- Provide administrative support across emails, calls, documents and data entry, stepping in wherever needed.





- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the client and law firm partner experience.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Experience in a customer-focused or service-oriented role, such as client service, hospitality, healthcare, retail, or administration.

- Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.

- Engaging, client service-oriented personality who can embrace our client service values of professionalism, empathy, responsiveness and caring.

- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to juggle tasks, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

- Excellent attention to detail, with strong problem-solving skills.

- Sense of responsibility in managing the risks of lending to clients and ensuring that JustFund is protected in securing repayment of funds lent.
