About the Role:

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Diagnose, service and repair heavy diesel machinery and equipment

- Perform scheduled maintenance and breakdown repairs

- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic and diesel systems





- Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance

- Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard

- Work independently and collaboratively to meet job requirements and deadlines

- Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality and customer satisfaction

About YOU, To be successful in this role, you will have:

- 3+ years’ experience as a Diesel Fitter

- Certificate III in Diesel Fitting / Mobile Plant Technology (or equivalent)

- Strong experience with heavy mobile plant and diesel equipment

- CAT equipment experience highly regarded

- Mining experience highly regarded

- Current Standard 11 & Coal Board Medical (site-based roles)

- Strong commitment to safety, quality and workmanship

- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills

- Additional tickets such as Forklift, EWP, Working at Heights and Dogging highly regarded

- Full Australian working rights
