About the role

We're seeking a driven and results-focused Business Development Manager who shares our commitment to delivering exceptional service and building lasting client relationships.

As a key member of our Property Management team, you'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities, growing our rental portfolio and converting company-generated leads.

What you will bring

- Previous experience in real estate, ideally within property management, business development or sales.
- A proven ability to build relationships, generate new business and convert opportunities into results.
- Excellent communication, networking and negotiation skills.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach and a strong drive to achieve outstanding outcomes.
- A strong customer focus and alignment with our values of trust, transparency and integrity.
- An Agent's Representative Certificate or Estate Agent's Licence, together with a current Victorian driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
