We're looking for a Machine Operator to join our experienced team, producing high-quality fibre optic cable used in major telecommunications and infrastructure projects. You'll operate extrusion equipment, monitor product quality and help keep production running safely and efficiently. Cable industry experience is welcome, but not essential.

If you understand extrusion processes and enjoy hands-on manufacturing work, we'll provide the training needed to learn our products and equipment.

What You'll Be Doing

- Set up and operate extrusion production lines

- Monitor product quality and perform in-process testing

- Follow job cards, production schedules and specifications

- Troubleshoot issues and keep production running safely

- Support cable winding, drum changes and material movement

- Maintain a clean, secure and organised work area

What We're Looking For

- Experience operating extrusion machinery or similar manufacturing equipment

- Strong focus on safety, quality and attention to detail

- Ability to follow production instructions and specifications





- Comfortable working with measurements and basic calculations

- Reliable, team-oriented and willing to learn

- Forklift licence essential

- Are available to work continental shift patterns (week one - 3x 12 hour day shifts, week two - 3x 12 hour night shifts, week three - 2x12 hour day shift plus 2x 12 hour night shifts)
