Brida is looking for experienced Gardeners and Spray Technicians to join our growing team servicing commercial and industrial sites across the Karratha and Dampier area.
We are particularly interested in candidates with chemical spraying and vegetation management experience; however, experienced gardeners who are willing to undertake further training and obtain relevant spraying qualifications are also encouraged to apply.
About the Role
Working as part of our Gardening team, your duties may include:
- Commercial gardening and grounds maintenance
- Mowing, edging, whipper snipping and brush cutting
- Weed and vegetation management
- Mixing and applying herbicides safely
- Operating backpack, hand-held and vehicle-mounted spray equipment
- Pruning, planting, mulching and general garden maintenance
- Operating gardening equipment and small plant
- Maintaining chemical application records
- Following Brida and client safety requirements
About You
To be considered, you will ideally have:
- A current Australian Driver's Licence
- Gardening, landscaping, grounds maintenance or vegetation management experience
- Experience using gardening equipment and small plant
- A robust commitment to workplace safety
- The ability to work outdoors in Pilbara conditions
- Good communication skills and a reliable, team-focused attitude
An ACDC Licence or recognised chemical application qualification is highly regarded.
Candidates without an ACDC qualification may still be considered where they have suitable gardening or grounds maintenance experience and are willing to undertake required training.

- White Card
- First Aid
- Chainsaw competency
- Traffic Management
- Rio Tinto/site inductions
- Irrigation experience
- Previous mining, industrial or commercial site experience
