We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our Projects team on a major workforce accommodation project at Weipa Mine.

Working a FIFO 2:1 roster from Cairns, you'll supervise trades and subcontractors during the construction and installation of a large modular accommodation village. Reporting to the Project Manager, you'll coordinate daily site activities and ensure works are delivered safely, on schedule and to a high standard.

This role is suited to a hands-on construction professional who enjoys leading site teams, coordinating multiple trades and delivering successful project outcomes in a remote FIFO environment.

What You'll Be Doing

- Supervise and coordinate trades and subcontractors across all site activities.

- Ensure works are completed safely, on schedule and to specification.

- Coordinate labour, materials, plant and site logistics to maintain productivity.

- Monitor progress against project milestones and construction schedules.

- Manage permits, SWMS,



risk assessments and HSEQ compliance requirements.

- Identify and resolve site issues while maintaining quality workmanship.

- Liaise with the Project Manager, subcontractors and stakeholders.

- Maintain accurate site records, reports and project documentation.

What You'll Bring

- Previous Site Supervisor experience on mining, commercial, industrial, infrastructure or modular construction projects.

- Demonstrated FIFO experience within remote site environments.

- Proven experience leading and coordinating multiple trades and subcontractors.

- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, site operations and installation processes.

- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications and technical documentation.

- Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving skills.

- Commitment to safety, quality and compliance, with the ability to lead by example.

- Current QBCC Supervisor Licence, White Card and Australian Driver's Licence are essential. Certificate IV in Building & Construction is highly regarded.
