About Wishbone
Coming this November, Wishbone is the newest concept from Lucas Collective, bringing the energy, flavour and attitude of Hong Kong’s street food scene and neighbourhood diners to the heart of Melbourne’s CBD. Expect bold flavours, quality ingredients, great drinks and a buzzing atmosphere, all paired with genuinely warm, memorable hospitality. It’s fast-paced, high-energy dining with plenty of personality.

- Floor Supervisors
- Senior Waitstaff
- Section Waitstaff
- Food Runners

- Cocktail Bartenders

What you can expect:

- One-on-one interview with management
- Skills assessment (3-plate carry)

*Must be available to attend on the 23rd September at 10am-12pm or 2pm-4pm

We’re looking for people who has:

- Waitstaff experience in an a la carte restaurant
- Ability to carry 3 plates
- Passion for delivering outstanding service and a drive to succeed
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail,



and time management skills
- Outgoing personality and genuine interest in hospitality
- RSA or ability to obtain one
